We spent some time today talking about all the ways that we feel thankful. We listened to the story "The Secret of Saying Thanks" by Douglas Wood and learned that "We don't give thanks because we are happy. We are happy because we give thanks." We then created our own autumn trees, using paint and oil pastels. Ask me about what I wrote on the leaves.
We had a number talk today and discussed different ways to represent and organize a number.
No school tomorrow or Monday. We hope you all have a wonderful, safe and relaxing Thanksgiving weekend!
