Happy Halloween!

We started off the day with our very first baby visits for Roots of Empathy!  Thompson and Nixon were so curious of all of us on the screen.  We had many thoughtful questions about our babies.  We can't wait to tell you what they can do.

In math, we worked on subitizing, counting on and number recognition.  Ask me about the game Pumpkin Bump and how we used numbers to created Halloween inspired pictures.

We all had a special treat of having Mrs. Kinsman read us a spooky story.  Ask me about the book that she read.

In preparation for the Remembrance Day assembly, we asking that all the students try to wear black on Monday Nov. 2.  If your child does not have black, just have them try and wear darker colours that day.  Also,  if they are in Sparks, Brownies or Beaver Scouts, they are welcome to wear their uniforms on Monday.

Please have a fun and safe weekend!
