Our Day:
- We started our day with a visit from our Elder, Sa'kokoto who talked to us about the summer solstice.
- In literacy, we had buddy reading and worked out building our fluency when reading to others!
- We continued working on our landscape art today, inspired by an Indigenous artist named Jason Carter. We talked about how our art is created using through our individual lived experiences, and the reasons why our art may be different from Jason Carter's art.
