Hello Friends and Family,
Today we have been working hard on our estimation and counting skills. Ask me what it means to "estimate", and what strategies I can use to make reasonable estimates (hint: count a small group, and make a reasonable guess as to how many more groups there are). We then practiced counting in an efficient way with my group to check my estimation. Help me practice my estimation and check skills whenever I can (estimate toys, candy, cereal, whatever is handy)!
